Anywhere the customer is physically in front of you but not yet in a conversation: a counter card, a table tent, a delivery box, a poster, a vehicle. Scanning is one action, and it lands them in a chat with the message already written.
Download the PNG and place it at a decent size, roughly 2cm square or larger for a counter card and much larger for anything read at a distance. Keep clear white space around the code and avoid printing it over a busy background, or phones will struggle.
Give each location a slightly different pre-filled message and you can tell which poster or which branch produced which conversation, because the first message tells you.
